Please note that our End of Tenancy Cleaning Services comes with 72h Guarantee! External window cleaning is not included. We can clean windows externally only if we can reach them without using a ladder for an additional charge. Freezer needs to be defrosted before we arrive so that we can clean it inside and out. Please also note that we don’t clean walls as when treated the paint can be damaged.

2. Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Professional carpet and upholstery steam cleaning is a general requirement when you do an end of tenancy cleaning. Our carpet cleaning technicians are professionally trained and use the latest equipment from Prochem and Numatic. Apart from being a compulsory element of an end of tenancy cleaning service, carpet cleaning has many other health benefits. Keeping the carpets clean and free from debris, the property will benefit from cleaner air, which can be very useful where general health and air is concerned. Our upholstery service includes cleaning your sofa, armchairs, dining chairs and curtains. We use steam (wet) cleaning, which is the most effective method for cleaning carpet and upholstery. The drying times will vary depending on the humidity and the quality of your carpets and upholstery. On average allow at least 3h in the summer and 5h in the winter for drying.

Please note: The prices may vary depending on the condition of the property. Some badly neglected properties may require additional time to clean. Cleaning material choices are very personal therefore we don’t generally provide cleaning materials. We recommend that you have a vacuum/mop, cleaning cloths, sponge/scourer, toilet cleaner, limescale remover, all-purpose cleaner, glass & mirror cleaner, and furniture polish. For an additional charge, we can provide you with cleaning products but we do not provide larger equipment such as hoovers, mops etc.

5. After Builders Cleaning

After Builders cleaning generally requires more time to perform than the other cleaning services. After your builders have finished their work, they normally leave huge pile of dust to be cleaned behind them. Here our team can step in and help you to get your house fresh and clean again. Our after builders cleaning is tailored to suit all individual needs and with this service we offer fixed and transparent prices, hence you know how much you will be paying. Avoid paying for this service on hourly basis as some properties require more time to clean which ultimately will result in higher fees. We’ll provide all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the job and we won’t leave until the property is cleaned and you are completely satisfied with the results.
